His & Hers: Distressed Denim

Hello lovelies! Today’s post is a tab bit different than normal because I actually have a special guest with me today! I’m trying to think of how to start this and I’m getting ahead of myself so let’s start from the beginning!

So, in case you didn’t guess from the title of this post, today’s blog post is all about a date night outfit. My boyfriend & I are both huge movie fans which has resulted in us spending a lot of time at the movie theaters and going on a lot of dates. Now, I know what you’re thinking, who the hell wears heels to the movie theater? Well, honestly, these heels are actually extremely comfortable AND I thought they went amazingly with these new jeans I got with a distressed hemline, so I figured, what the hell? Plus, we always end up taking our shoes off once we get to our seats anyway, LOL. If you guys have never been to a movie theater with recliners, you need to go ASAP! It’s life changing.

Anyway, we both kept our outfits pretty casual but we will be doing a more “fancy” date night post later on to change things up. I realize it’s still quite warm outside, which is why it seems funny for me to be wearing a cardigan, but I get cold really easily and movie theaters are known to be cold, hence the blanket, but the cardigan helps to keep my arms warm as well. I’m also obsessed, and I mean I wear these jeans waaaaay too much, obsessed with these jeans. I love the distressing and the destroyed hemline to change things up compared to regular jeans.

Links will be below the first picture!

Peace out, girl scout!
